How to upgrade
For now, payment is by bank transfer.
- Create a free Simpanan account.
- Email [email protected] with your username and the plan you want.
- We reply with payment details. As soon as we receive the payment, your plan is upgraded.
Need more than 50 GB? Email us with an estimate of what you need and we'll find a solution.
Pricing questions
What happens when my storage is full?
New files can't be uploaded until you delete some or upgrade. Existing files stay available and their links keep working.
Is there a bandwidth limit?
Plans differ by storage, not bandwidth. Use far beyond what's reasonable is covered in the Terms, and we'll contact you before taking any action.
Can I downgrade or cancel?
Yes, any time, by email. If your files exceed a smaller plan's storage, you can't upload new files until you're back under the limit.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan asks for no card or payment, and includes every feature with 1 GB of storage.
Which payment methods are available?
Bank transfer for now. We send the account details by email when you ask to upgrade.
